Choanal atresia is a silent birth defect in which it's victims linger in the shadows with no voice. Often times undiagnosed or ignored, infants, parents, and especially mothers are often times traumatized for life. Tragically, some infants may even die and be termed SIDS incidents. Contributors and sponsors who support this Foundation through their contributions give a voice to these silent victims. They are uniquely compassionate to hear a voice so fragile, to address a need so profound.
Since it's launch in 1989, Children's Choanal Atresia Foundation has sought to meet or exceed standards set by the BBB Council on Philanthropy. The Foundation will zealously protect the privacy of its members and contributors. Children's Choanal Atresia Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 nonprofit Foundation and all contributions are tax deductible.
